• Project & design data — room photos and images you upload for AI redesign, virtual staging, or 3D rendering, along with style preferences, budget, room measurements, and project briefs.
• Location information — an address you type or select, used to match you with nearby professionals and technicians.
• Payment information — handled directly by our payment partner, Cashfree Payments. We receive confirmation that a payment succeeded and basic transaction details; we never receive or store your full card or bank account numbers.
• Usage & device data — pages you visit, actions you take, browser type, and similar technical data, collected through cookies and local storage as described in our Cookie Policy.

2. How we use your information

• To generate AI room redesigns, virtual staging, and renders you request.
• To match you with interior designers, architects, or home-service technicians suited to your project and location.
• To process payments, bookings, and milestone releases for a project.
• To operate, secure, and improve the platform, including diagnosing bugs and preventing abuse.
• To send account, project, and booking notifications by email or in-app messages.

3. How we share your information

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only where necessary to run the platform:

• With professionals or technicians you choose to work with, so they can deliver your project or booking.
• With payment and sign-in providers — Cashfree Payments for checkout, and Google if you sign in with your Google account.
• With service providers who host our infrastructure or send transactional email on our behalf, bound by confidentiality obligations.
• When required by law, such as to comply with a valid legal request or to protect the rights, safety, or property of KraftNex or our users.

We retain account and project data for as long as your account is active and, afterward, for as long as needed to comply with our legal, accounting, or dispute-resolution obligations. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time, as described below.

We use encryption in transit, access controls, and secure infrastructure to protect your data. Payment details are handled entirely within our payment partner's secure, PCI-compliant systems — we never see or store your card or bank details.

KraftNex is intended for users who are at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. Anyone who believes a child has provided us data should contact us so we can remove it promptly.
