Terms of Service

1. The KraftNex platform

KraftNex provides AI-powered interior design generation, virtual staging, and 3D architectural rendering tools, and connects homeowners and real estate professionals with independent interior designers, architects, and home-service technicians for design and renovation work. KraftNex itself does not perform construction, renovation, or design work — that work is carried out by the independent professionals and technicians on the platform.

2. Accounts & eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract to use KraftNex.
• You agree to provide accurate account information and to keep your login credentials confidential.
• You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account.
• Professionals and technicians who list services confirm they hold any licences or qualifications their work requires under local law.

3. AI-generated designs & content

• You retain ownership of the photos and content you upload. By uploading, you grant KraftNex a licence to process that content solely to generate your AI redesigns, staging, and renders.
• AI-generated outputs are creative and illustrative suggestions. They are not architectural, structural, or engineering advice, and must not be used for construction, permitting, or renovation without review and sign-off by a licensed professional.
• You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any images you upload, and for not uploading content that infringes someone else's rights or violates law.

4. Professional & technician bookings

When you engage a designer, architect, or technician through KraftNex, the resulting agreement for design, renovation, or repair work is between you and that professional. KraftNex facilitates the introduction, project workflow, and payment handling, but is not a party to the underlying service agreement and does not guarantee the outcome, timeline, or quality of independently delivered work. We encourage clients and professionals to confirm project scope, pricing, and timelines in writing before work begins.

5. Payments & fees

Payments on KraftNex, including milestone and escrow-style project payments, are processed by our payment partner, Cashfree Payments. Card and bank details are entered directly into Cashfree's secure checkout — we never see or store them. Applicable platform fees, milestone terms, and refund conditions are shown to you at the relevant step of a booking or project before you confirm payment.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse KraftNex — including by attempting to circumvent the platform to avoid fees, scraping or reverse-engineering the service, uploading unlawful or infringing content, impersonating another person or business, or interfering with the platform's security or normal operation. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section.

7. Intellectual property

The KraftNex name, logo, platform design, and underlying software are owned by SRI RISHIK RIYAN SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED and protected by intellectual property law. Nothing in these Terms transfers any KraftNex intellectual property to you, except the limited right to use the platform as intended.

8. Disclaimers

KraftNex is provided "as is" and "as available." We don't warrant that AI outputs will be error-free, that the platform will be uninterrupted, or that any professional you engage will meet your expectations. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties in connection with the platform.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SRI RISHIK RIYAN SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of KraftNex, or from work performed by independent professionals or technicians booked through the platform. Our total liability for any claim relating to the platform is limited to the amount of platform fees you paid to us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of KraftNex will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms as KraftNex evolves. We will update the "Last updated" date above and, for material changes, take reasonable steps to notify you. Continuing to use KraftNex after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
